Read this when you feel LOST - Letter for FUTURE Self


Stop taking life decisions based on the way you FEEL.

Learn to look at the situation from the outside of your own self.
Have the courage to stop the way it feels inside, and take a look at what happened, happens, and admit what will happen if you go with how you FEEL

For that, you will need to stay present.
Observe yourself and the world, in that moment.

Catch yourself when you FEEL and compare it with the present moment.
Ask yourself:
How long have you been wondering around in your past or the future?
Do you remember the last 5 minutes?
How about your thoughts?

Try and replay the day in your head.
How many things have you been aware of?
How much of what you said you remember?

When you get the chance, write down how the day has gone within your awareness, rate yourself.

Learn how to recognize your vicious circle

It starts by focusing on others's people mistakes, or lack of action.

Feeling that you're doing good. (Ask yourself 5 good things you've done lately)

Congratulating yourself for the sake of feeling better. 

Criticizing yourself when it's not necessary. (Describe the things you criticize yourself for, what, when, why?)

Unfairness (Admit that yes, life is unfair. That's why you can get ahead of everyone else by learning to take the positive aspect of the unfairness. Let go)

Defensive (What is it that you NEED so much to defend, if not your Ego)

Nostalgic (Can you reckon first thought of nostalgia? How long have you been imagining for? Was it a bad memory or a good memory? What's in the present that feels so bad that you need to escape in your memories?)
 
Imagination (Same, what's happening in this moment that you cannot handle and you feel you need to escape into your imagination?)

Self worth (You don't need to like yourself for cowardly choosing all the above. but be kind to yourself. You can be a silly sausage, but you are enough)


I've told you many times, just because it feels bad doesn't mean the outcome will be bad, and just because it feels good, doesn't meant that the outcome will be accordingly.

You will do this over again, and again, and again.

Until you will have the courage and the mechanism in place to be aware when it happens, not letting yourself getting away with answers, and finally, letting go...

You're never going to do anything new, unless you let go of on what already hold on to.

Not at last, remember that you will want to go back. and be again today, or tomorrow, or any other day.
ENJOY yourself!

You will regret not having enjoyed what you have NOW
